All orders are subject to verification and acceptance. Kimveda reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability or legal requirements. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Ownership transfers upon successful delivery to the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, products are not eligible for return or exchange once the tamper-proof seal has been opened, damaged or removed. Products sold through Kimveda are generally non-returnable unless the customer receives the wrong product, a damaged item, or a manufacturing defect, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
